Today Kaitlyn and I drove to Alpharetta for the Bon Voyage Party. We ate, met the other half of our delegation, played some games, (parents too) and counted our lineup as a group. We were also introduced to the other leaders that would be traveling with us. We received our delegation suitcase tags, lanyerds, a draw string bag, travel polo shirts, and sweatshirt designed for our trip. (Thank you Tamy Wilson) Of course, I made her try her stuff on before leaving so there would time to switch it out before the trip. It was a fun day. The kids were split up into groups and had to blow up balloons and make a tower... the tallest winning. They all did a great job. Then they put one group of parents in a circle facing out and then the other group facing in. We had 30 seconds to get to ask questions and then the outer ring rotated. The students did the same. We then went over any last minute questions. Mom
