Thank You Ghengis Grill, 
            it was fun!!

                

                                                                              

When my mom told me that I was going to be shadowing a waitress at Ghengis Grill I thought that I would get to hold a tray and pass out the food.  Then when we got there I saw that there was a counter and the griller's in the back cooking the food.  Next when the rest of the delegates got there the manager showed us what to do.  We had to match the number card from the grill to the table number and then wipe it off and bring it back to the grill.  The card had to have the same number on it as the one on the table. The first time I did it I was scared that it would not be right.  After that I wanted to do more.  I had so much fun getting to know the other delegates.  (Lauren Butera, Ansley Rushing, Khloe Starling, Andrew Pettit) Sometimes we all fought over who would serve the dish.  When my mom said that it was time to eat, I was excited to try something new.  I got a variety of things so I could see what was good.  I really liked the crab.  While I waited for my food to get done cooking I talked and served others.  My mom wanted me to serve her so she could get a picture. We were all excited to see how much we earned!!  We worked from 5:00 - 9:30 p.m. collecting all the receipts we could to earn 20% to split between us.  I want to tell the Brinkerhoff's, Lelle's, Purdy's, and the Andrews family for coming out to support me.  Oh, of course I have to mention my family!!  Love you.

The word came today - our group made $300.00 and my share is $60.00.  Yay!!
